The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for payments up to $50,000. An Administration Fee of 1.0%, inclusive of GST, is added on to the cost of the transaction. You will need a current American Express, MasterCard or Visa card.


Entering Your Payment Details

We will ask you for the following payment details:

Transaction Details Description
Payment Reference Your Payment Reference is located on the bottom right hand side of your invoice.

If there is no Payment Reference available then we are sorry but you will not be able to use this service for payment. Please refer to your invoice or policy documentation for alternative payment options.

Name on card Please provide the name as shown on the debit/credit card
Payable Amount The Payable amount is the total amount payable excluding the administration fee

If you do not provide a valid payment reference you will be asked to enter the details again.


Debit/Credit Card Processing

Once you select proceed, you will pass through to a Payment Site managed by our Financial Institution for processing of your debit/credit card transaction.


When Your Payment is Accepted

Please make note of the Payment Confirmation Number we provide you. We also recommend you refer to your invoice or policy documents for Important Notices pertaining to your payment.


When Your Payment has not been Accepted.

If your payment was not successful, you will not be charged for this transaction. You may wish to consider our alternative payment options. Please refer to your invoice or policy documents for these options or contact your Broker during business hours.
